I made a last minute rush order right before the 4th of July weekend.  We had just found out our daughter was getting engaged on the 4th, and wanted a custom engagement banner at the party.  We received notice [from USPS] that it would arrive on the 5th, and I called and spoke to Tim & explained our dilemma.  He contacted the shipping & receiving dept. at the hotel, he spoke to the local Post Office & revised instructions, he spoke to the Shipping Dept [again] & also the Concierge at the hotel where we were staying at AND the Post Office and arranged for someone from the hotel to go and pick it up for us to get it to us a day faster/early.  He kept in constant contact with me and I've rarely been more impressed with someone's concern and follow-through.  Thank you SO much!!  and by the way, the Banner was great, too!
