INSTRUCTIONS FOR SENDING YOUR PHOTO TO US:

After ordering, email your photo to us along with YOUR ORDER NUMBER. We'll send a proof to you for your approval before we produce the banner. Send a large High-Resolution photo file to [email protected]. File format can be a JPEG, TIFF, PNG, PSD, EPS, AI, or PDF file. Make sure to send the highest quality photo possible, especially if you are ordering a larger size banner. Also, please indicate any "Cropping Instructions" for the photo, in case any cropping is required on our part to make the photo production/layout ready. I was very happy with the graduation banner I received and I believe Steve did all he could to see that I received the banner.
However, I did not know my photo was not received until the last moment because no one was manning the phones.  Another problem is that emails came from apparently a night crew and I was sleeping and only  found them the next day.
I would order from you again now that I know where the system failures may occur.  I am a repeat customer in that I ordered a Military retirement banner the year before and it was great.
Hope you can get more help. I have a picture I am sending to Steve of how beautiful the banner turned out.
